“Elegante was great and would be a great place for a seminar. My Father and I stayed 5 days. Clean with a lot of character. It was quiet when needed and a lot of people having a good time. Elegante fue bien! Despues de cinco dias me siento contento con esta lugar! Los cuartos son limpios.Eleganté fue tranquilo cuando necesario. Cuando regresa a Tejas podemos quedar aqui otra vez! ”

“Ho cambiato 4 stanza perche in ognuna ho trovato lenzuola piene di peli. Alla fine mibsono fatto dare lenzuola pulite e le ho cambiate personalmente. Pavimenti sporchi .”

“hotel discreto per una sosta di una notte , colazione mediocre, stanza grande ma con odore di chiuso. parcheggio dell'hotel. senza infamia e senza lode....”

“Sheets were filthy and there were roaches in the rooms”

“I did wake up hot one night. Lowering the thermostat and raising blower speed solved the problem. There is no coffee in the rooms.”

“Mucha suciedad, nada de atención del personal y escuche muchas personas quejandose de lo mismo. Espero que puedan hacer del kugar uno mejor en el futuro”

“Shower didn’t get hot. Pillow case was stained. Main bathrooms on first floor were out of toilet paper. Electrical plugs were super loose and didn’t charge my phone. Plus paid over $300 a night due to high demand.”

“I really didn't like the cleaning lady knocking on my door at 9:20am telling me it was time to check out.”

“Was a crack hotel for sure. Sink broken literally had a hole where water was coming thru. Faucet broken could not turn it off so flooded room. Staff not present to address said issue. Ghetto coffe make barely worked. Crackpipe burns allover tub. Were given 1 small thin blanket and 2 small pillows about as thick as carboard. My arm worked better. Lastly, a million gigantic potholes in parking lot. Not worth what I paid. Run!!!”

“Staff was great, it was a very good stay”

“Broken tiles in the restroom. Tub had spots that rust on them. The tv only gets one channel. We had to make sure the door would shut all the way because it would get stuck. The place needs a lot of repairs and improvements. $250 per night for all this issues!!!!!!?”

“Clean rooms. A staff at the desk was too busy on his cell phone to pay attention to us. Only problem. Everything else was excellent. ”

“It was gross. Only thing to describe it. There was blood on the shower curtain, dead frogs and bugs on the floor. There was a ton of hair on the sheets, and the Ac was fool of dust and blown it all over the bed.”
