“Ho cambiato 4 stanza perche in ognuna ho trovato lenzuola piene di peli. Alla fine mibsono fatto dare lenzuola pulite e le ho cambiate personalmente. Pavimenti sporchi .”

“The hinge on my door was defective such that once the door was opened It could not be closed completely such that it could not be locked. The only way I could stay there would be to stay in the room and not leave the room. The staff (one individual on duty) was very polite and came with a screwdriver to try to repair the door, but it still did not close properly. I could not stay in the room and had to go to another hotel. The person on duty said there was nothing that he could do as there was...

“I’m a smoker so I loved that they had outdoor rooms so I can just step outside and smoke, or even go to my car, loved the bar, I’m not a drinker but had fun at bar and actually relaxed and drink a couple with my husband for my bday!!! Also loved that they have pool tables!!”

“Staff was not welcoming, guarded towels like a hawk but allowed fire hazards like people grilling in entry way of rooms and drinking at all hours of the night.”

“Coffee advertised removed from the room due 24 hour coffee machine available in lobby. 2 machines, both were broken. Room musty, suspect that the bedding was left over from the previous occupant but too tired to wait for the (absent) desk clerk to complain. Clerk later seen outside smoking. No soap in bathroom. Room temperature 84’ when I entered. The A/C worked and it cooled down. Please try a little bit.”

“This was the nicest BW I’ve stayed at in a long time. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and updated. I highly recommend this BW.”
